Lower-Body Floor Exercise
This is more of a yoga pose than an exercise. It is good for your legs and abdomen.
1.) Lie on the floor with your palms flat on the floor, slightly away from your body.
2.) Raise your left foot 6-12 inches, keeping your leg straight and your toes pointed.
3.) Keeping your left leg raised, place the sole of your right foot on your left knee.
4.) Hold for 10 seconds.
5.) Return to step 1 for a few seconds if needed or proceed to alternate leg pose.
6.) Continue alternating left and right (resting between poses as needed) for at least 10 repetitions total.
